LS Events was appointed as the GLA’s Event Management agency to produce, programme and manage the  UEFA Champions League Final’s City Operations in London.

LS Events delivered two Fan Meeting Points welcoming 80,000 Dortmund and Real Madrid fans. The team also supported the delivery of the UEFA Champions Festival simultaneously across five locations; Trafalgar Square, Regent Street, Somerset House, South Bank and Potters Fields Park

  • Procured over 100 suppliers across 7 venues, implemented transparent procurement and managed the efficient use of public funds to deliver high-quality events and activations. 

  • Delivered solutions for multiple clients including GLA, The FA, UEFA, finalist clubs, and UEFA partners, and secured premium positions for UEFA partner activations, while ensuring partners had necessary resources for efficient builds.

  • Designed, branded, and curated fan meeting points reflecting club identities and engaging content for fans. 

  • Managed 7 venues across multiple London local authorities, maintaining the integrity of parks and heritage venues.

  • Executed overnight builds and de-rigs, including Regent Street and Victoria Embankment.

  • Implemented viewing platforms and extensive ramp access, ensuring accessible customer journeys throughout event sites.

  • Demonstrated integrity, trust, communication, can-do attitude, respect, and excellence. We delivered an impactful, memorable, and on-budget iconic moment for the GLA.
